The Stage Bank

Refund Policy

Last updated September 3, 2026

This Refund Policy ("Policy") is provided by 10112746 Manitoba Ltd, doing business as ("DBA") The Boss Life, which operates and bills The Stage Bank (a brand of Dr. Sonja Stribling) ("Company," "we," or "us").

1.1 Refunds and Cancellation

All payments for The Stage Bank or for services provided via The Stage Bank are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

If you decide to cancel your The Stage Bank membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.thestagebank.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to, the work you created in the Service and the The Stage Bank support calls. You will be removed from the members-only community.

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your The Stage Bank subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected].

Invoices for The Stage Bank can be requested at any time by emailing [email protected].

1.2 No Refunds for Phone Number and Messaging Service Charges

Phone Number Purchases and Subscription Fees. Where the Service offers phone numbers, any phone numbers purchased through The Stage Bank are non-refundable once activated. Monthly fees associated with maintaining a phone number are non-refundable, even if the number is later removed from the account.

SMS, Call, and Messaging Charges

All SMS, voice call, and messaging charges incurred through The Stage Bank' automation and workflow features are non-refundable, regardless of whether messages were sent to legitimate contacts or triggered by bots. Users are responsible for monitoring their workflows and securing public forms to prevent excessive charges due to bot activity.

Liability for Unauthorized or Fraudulent Activity. The Stage Bank does not issue refunds for charges resulting from bot activity, unauthorized submissions, or public exposure of workflow automation links. Customers acknowledge that if a workflow is publicly accessible, any entity, including bots, may interact with it, leading to potential charges that remain the responsibility of the account holder. It is the user's responsibility to implement preventative security measures, such as CAPTCHA, double opt-in verification, and messaging restrictions to limit unwanted interactions.

Disputing Charges

If a customer believes they have been wrongly charged due to a system error (not workflow configuration or public access issues), they must submit a written dispute to The Stage Bank within 7 days of the charge appearing on their account. The Stage Bank will review the dispute and determine if an adjustment is warranted, but refunds are not guaranteed.

1.3 Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment

A The Stage Bank user is responsible for paying all sums due to The Stage Bank in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month's subscription, together with any other fees for the following month's subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, "Fees"). Failure by the The Stage Bank user to use any of the services available through the service provided by The Stage Bank does not relieve the The Stage Bank user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

Potential users can pay by credit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

1.4 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any data associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.

1.5 Access to the The Stage Bank Ecosystem, including all Digital Assets, Tools and Training Materials

With your membership to app.thestagebank.com, you will receive access to our exclusive The Stage Bank-only digital assets, training materials, pipelines, and data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to, the templates and tools inside the Service, The Stage Bank emails, The Stage Bank automations, and the The Stage Bank support calls at no extra cost. We retain the trademark and copyrights on The Stage Bank designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within The Stage Bank, exclusively for current The Stage Bank members only.

This means that everything inside the The Stage Bank ecosystem (app.thestagebank.com) is non-transferable to any other The Stage Bank ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or platform. The use of The Stage Bank training materials outside of The Stage Bank membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the The Stage Bank support calls are for current The Stage Bank members only.

If you decide to cancel your The Stage Bank membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.thestagebank.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to, the work you created in the Service and the The Stage Bank support calls. You will be removed from the members-only community.

In addition to the The Stage Bank ecosystem materials described above, certain memberships, promotions, or purchases made in connection with The Stage Bank may include complimentary bonus training, courses, or materials as an added benefit ("Bonus Content"). Bonus Content is not sold separately, has no independent purchase price, and is not guaranteed as a permanent feature of any product or purchase. Access to Bonus Content is contingent upon maintaining an active The Stage Bank subscription in good standing. If your The Stage Bank subscription is cancelled, lapses, or is paused outside of an approved pause period, access to any Bonus Content tied to that subscription will end, regardless of how or when the Bonus Content was originally granted or obtained.

Domain Transfers and Renewals

Where the Service offers domain registration, domains purchased through The Stage Bank are non-refundable once registered.

Customers may request a domain transfer after the ICANN-mandated 60-day lock period has passed.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify support in writing ([email protected]) if they wish to transfer or retain a domain after cancellation of their account.

To avoid renewal charges, customers must notify The Stage Bank at least 40 days before the domain's expiration date, as domain renewals may be processed automatically by the registrar during that window.

The Stage Bank is responsible for submitting the domain renewal cancellation request on the customer's behalf, but cannot guarantee prevention of renewal charges if the request is received after renewal processing has begun.

Domains that are not transferred or renewed before their expiration date may be forfeited and become unavailable.
